So, Day 1 was not too bad. It was a little difficult to eat my final meal. The puffs were good, I just wasn't hungry. I had one of the S'more bars, not my favorite. I like the Chocolate Crunch and Carmel Crunch bars.
Even though I shouldn't have, I weighed myself this morning. I lost 1 lb from yesterday. I will weigh tomorrow, Friday, which is going to be the day I record my weight every week. I am going to try to not weigh again until at least Tuesday or so.
