Day 7

  The weekend was not the best for my diet.  I only gained .2, but I didn't do good following the eating plan.  We went out twice on Sunday and I don't even remember about Saturday.  But I am happy I only gained .2.  I didn't drink my water either.
  Today, I am down .6 from yesterday.  So, I am at 176.2.  I am back on track!!  Weekends may be my downfall, but if I don't go overboard, I will be okay.  This may cause me not to lose as fast, but I am alright with that.
  I really want to be in the 160's when we go to Vegas.  I have 2 weeks and 2 days.  So I need to lose 6.4 lbs.  I think I can do it, but I am nervous.  That is my first date related goal.  For my birthday, which is 3 weeks and 5 days from today, I would like to be under 165.
  By the time we go to Mo Ranch on August 19th, I would like to be in the 140's.  By the end of August, I would like to be at my goal weight which is 135.
  Starting tomorrow, I am going to start running again.  Kirsten and I are going to do the couch to 5K program, and I am going to run at the Y also.  I would like to try to go to the Y 5-6 days a week to run.
