Take Shape For Life

I am going to try a new diet system.  It is Medifast or TSFL.  I start today.  This morning I weighed in at 179.4.  Scott and I leave for Vegas or July 7.  I would like to be in the 160's by the time we leave. That leaves me 3 weeks and 1 day to lose 9.6 lbs or more.

The plan is fairly easy.  5 of the TSFL meals and 1 "lean and green" meal.  The TSFL meals consist of a few options: shakes, bars, pudding, brownie, puffs, pretzels, soup, or pancakes.  I have a month supply.  Plus I got 1 free week, so I guess I have 5 weeks worth.

I am hoping this will work for me.  I want to lose the weight, but haven't been consistent thus far.  Amy, my coach, is going to be good motivation.  She lost 25 lbs in 9 weeks.  I want to lose about 2x that amount.  I would LOVE to take KO back to school this fall and have everyone tell me how good I look.
